Food must be safe and must not pose a risk for human health. This means, that the competent authorities are monitoring the quality of foodstuff continuously by analytical measurements. But also the major distributors of food have their own quality system and are testing random samples.
Typically the laboratories provide only analytical data, but no toxicological assessment. We are cooperating with some major laboratories in Germany in order to support you by an appropriate interpretation of analytical results, especially, if relevant thresholds are exceeded.
